Can be refunded to the person listed as the renter within the 14 days following the function. To have your deposit refunded, all cleaning instructions must be followed, and no damages accrued and/or
repairs needed.

Janitorial Services
Clean up after event. $200.00 (Does not include tear down of tables)

All fees are due 30 days in advance of rental date or at the time of reservation.
