Cleaning
Agreement
All
cleaning supplies are stored under the kitchen sink. Dust mop
(for ballroom floor only,) is stored in closet in foyer. Broom,
mop bucket and mop are stored by the file cabinet in kitchen.
Extra trash bags are stored in the
cabinet left of the sink. To have your deposit refunded, all cleaning instructions
must be followed.
Kitchen Area
Stove/Oven:
Stovetop, drip pans, under stovetop, wiped down and spills cleaned.
Refrigerator: Remove all food and ice. Wipe down inside and out.
Counters/Sink: Wipe down and scour if needed.
Floor: Sweep and mop.
Garbage: All garbage is to be in plastic bags and tied up. If you have a lot
of bottles and/or cans,
please try to keep them in separate bags so we can recycle them.
Ballroom
and Stage
Tables:
Tables are to be cleaned of all trash, debris, and wiped clean.
Chairs: Chairs are to be replaced around tables.
Floor: Dust mop ballroom floor after function.
Decorations: All must be removed, including balloons.
Downstairs
Tables:
Must be torn down, wiped clean, and put away.
Floors: Sweep and wet mop after function.
Restrooms
Floors:
Sweep, mop if there are spills.
Toilets: Flushed.
Sinks: Cleared and wiped dry.
Entryway & Stairs
Stairs:
Sweep.
Foyer: Vacuum
Decorations: All removed.
Repairs:
Repair all damages to building and/or equipment.
